In the focus of the project is the analysis and the bench marking of the maturity level of arorund 100 project oriented organizations in Germany. Beside the single analysis, there are also analysis and bench markings of the maturity level of 10 project oriented branches and from Germany as a project oriented nation.
Based on this, the project group develops strategies and tasks for the improvement of the maturity level of project oriented organizations, branches and Germany as a project oriented nation. Using the experiences the improving the model of maturity is done in a next step.
Within the frame of workshops the AitM supports the participation to exchange experiences of project oriented organizations and branches among themselves. The research results are presented to interested target groups and additionally published in the specialized press.
